Heavy mezzanine is one of the most effective solution in storage areas. Storage capacity is significantly increased by structure being built up to three levels. Mezzanine consists of shelf system with wide range of dimensions and loading capacities, each floor is connected with staricas designed according to needs of material flow or staff. Each level is equipped with safety handrails, safety nets or locking and sliding gates and reinforced loading areas. Construction itself is made of variable sigma profiles or from simple IPE profile for optimal price solution. Floor is made of wooden chipboard desks or from zinc coated perforated grating. In case of heavy load or point load both of this system is used. Load capacity of floor is from 250 kg/m2 up to 1000 kg/m2 depending on each project.
